A colour-coded general timeline for the first 3 Era's of Forum Wars, with major spoilers removed ;)
It occurred to me that with other mods, they are based off real well-known shows or movies so plot background is not necessary. However, the Forum Wars plot and background is much less known so I have decided to try and level the playing field.
Green represents equal power between The Alliance and The Chaos Empire, Red represents The Solar Empire and Blue represents the Republic of Free Systems.

No spoilers for the public, so careful what you say :P If I succeed, the plot will be very exciting with many many surprises. Since I have this wonderful thing called an artistic license there might even be surprises for veterans!
I am assuming then, that any chance of having all the small factions like the SRI running around is significantly later, when the larger factions start to become a bit dormant.
I would guess its around E10, or later, presuming anything at all is still happening in FW. Era's are marked by events, not time. I have no plans to go beyond E3, as that is when FW went very much downhill.
FW is still alive, but dying. People have noticed this and are trying to save it. I wasn't around but FW is basically: Q, Nameless, Me, SGOS, Sovereign, White Fang, and RedDragon924
I guess that if you finish Era 3, and you felt generous, we could work on an addon 9or seperate) mod that adds in all the tiny factions like mine. I'm not saying we have to or anything, but if your not to tired of modding by the end of this...
