Forgotten Hope 2 is an award-winning World War II modification for Battlefield 2TM and is based on the original Forgotten Hope, a modification for Battlefield 1942TM, one of the most popular multiplayer games ever. Battlefield 1942TM featured land, sea and air combat in a way never before seen. It was the goal of the development team to maximize the game experience by adding both a realistic and enjoyable gameplay to FH and now to FH2.
The SU-152.
The SU-152, or "beast killer", was a heavy self-propelled gun (SPG) armed with a 152mm howitzer. Since it was intended for providing artillery fire, the SPG was generally issued high-explosive (HE) rounds. The SU-152 became notorious for being able to knock out many of the heavy German tanks, and was even able to completely rip the turret off of a Tiger tank by simply firing HE shells at it. After Kursk, the SU-152 was used in its intended role, which was to destroy German fortifications, on all Soviet fronts, but it would later be replaced by the new ISU-152.

Oh my god yes. I can't wait for the Soviet Red Army. Hopefully you get all the guns used by them in this mod.
Forgotten Hope 1942 was my favorite BF1942 mod because it had the Russian Army. Seeing this as part of Battlefield 2 brings my hopes way up that there will be another mod for the russians besides that crappy BattleGroup: Frontlines.
Hehe yeah I wouldn't complain though, being able to hurl shells that can rip a Tiger or Panther apart. All the heavy tanks of WW2 were the best.
