With my changes for the campaign AIs, the story will feel more as it is supposed to, in my opinion ;) This is no real mod for FA, you only need to replace files of your FA installation. Easy installation and lots of fun changes ^^
Rhiza will now rebuild all destroyed structures on her island. But In return, pre-built forward defenses start as wreckage as well =)
I hate on this mission how she keeps going to rebuild the torpedo launchers and getting herself killed (Well I say killed, but down to 1 hp and say's she must recall like a pussy).
Ah, that my friend has been fixed now! I have finally found a way on how to let ACUs ALWAYS return to the base they are supposed to be, no matter how far away they are. The trick is, the maintance functions of the base that affect engineers and ACUs work with the space between factories and the ACU/engineer. First of all, I increased the maximum range to assist factory construction. Second, if they are too far away to assist, they'll be ordered to patrol in their base.
This way, they'll never stand idle anymore like Rhiza. She'll from now on always go back to the base ;D

Aha, yes indeed... I always found that very awkward, like she destroyed a seraphim base there, capture a torpedo turret and then built a base of her own there xD
It can actually be an intended thing, as in the Lore the Seraphin and Aeon were allies...
