"By: HouseOfAmon Description This force power will allow you to electrocute any non-party npc, it doesn't work on enemies, I removed that functionality because there are already powers that do that. also, It will work on important characters, and it can kill them, so be careful of who you use it on, you have been warned.. The power has a max range of 12 feet, and the target selection can be iffy, if there is a lot of npc's around, so I don't recommend using it in a crowded cantina, unless you just don't care who dies.. ;) If you ever used the force choke anyone mod, then you should have a good idea of what to expect when using this power.."
