the horns are for the high ranked officiers, it is a symbol of prestige in the Easterling Army. Goat horns are for the lord of blades, inspired by Khamul who wore a similar helmet when he was the lord of blades of his weak king, he got one of the nine rings from sauron and killed his king to became the king of rhun and the first unificator of Rhun. After this, the lords of blades did use helmets with smaller goat horns

thank you ;) in opposition to the other heroic units they will be alone, and you'll be able to merge him to a single unit to give it great bonuses ;)

that's no excuse!
Actually i was thinking now in a small good faction for Rhun with some dwarves and one numenorean descendant unit from a far east colony. This would work more for a total war mod than bfme most probably

I didnt like deer like helmet attachments on them. Not a Rhunnic style at all. But other than that nice mix of silver and golden armor parts and black clothing.

Description

Amongst these evil men are the Captains and heralds of the Easterling Realm
those who have fought for The Dark Lord Sauron for many years, and who now lead his armies into battle, inspiring their men to fight harder and stronger than ever before. They are powerful warriors in their own right, and a great addition to any Easterling army.
