Flakes Doom v2.6b was released in March, 6 2018. It's almost complete, according to GAA1992 and I don't think he'll be updating it again anytime soon.
The main updates of the mod since the 2.3, the last version I covered, consist briefly in weapon balancing, a good number of bug fixing, increased compatibility with other mods and improvements of several of the PWAD's graphics and other features, to a greater or lesser extent.
