
The main focus of 'Ferrety's ROTWK Mod' is base building and siege. Each faction has received extensive upgrades to Infantry and Siege Units meaning there is now a central focus on tactical defense and strategy in order to turn the tide of battle.

It's been a long, long time, and this game has sadly only grown older. I know a lot of you out there want a full update to this mod (new factions, units, buildings) but at this point in the games life... honestly, I don't think it's going to be worth doing.
Now, for the good news! I do however think it's time this mod had some sort of update. I've recently got back into the game (when will we get a great new RTS?!) and in doing so I've been using my old mod alongside it. I'm pretty happy overall where it was left off, but with the benefit of hindsight I think I can do better.
So, I would like to announce I am currently working on a Version 2.6 of this mod. To be released this year, bringing with it a swathe of quality of life enhancements, balancing and bug fixing!
Any feedback/bug reports on the current released version would be greatly appreciated as I can focus on what issues matter most to you guys!

*Sigh* The games so old... PLEASE say that this mod isnt dead, its one of the best, probably is the best, that I have seen, known or heard about!!! I use it all the time :)
Guys, I honestly had no idea there was any interest left in this mod! Seeing these comments have enlightened me to decide I will finish my 3.0 version of the mod after all!
I can't give an ETA but I do still have the WIP version of 3.0 which I can pick up again, I'll get to updating this as soon as possible and really would appreciate some comments on what you would like to see as an addition to the mod.

I just restarted playing BFMEII after a long time of absence, I'm so glad some of those awesome mods are still alive. You're awesome.
The mod looks quite nice, I however experienced trouble with Arnor in War of the Ring. When I attempted to play as Arnor in War of the Ring. There was no Arnor, and I instead had partially control of Gondor. Any way how to fix this?
EDIT: I also had this with the dormant version of the Arnor mod.
Arnor will hopefully be fixed and 99.9% working in Version 3.0.
Is enough to simple download it with Desura? When i launch the mod it crashes after few seccons.
When are you going to release v3?
