I'm guessing no but I'll try it out and report back what happens. Also, there are like 4 separate versions of these first two intervals. I know that one is the Russian version, and that another was the first attempt, but what about the difference between this one and the other that is under interval 6?

Can't wait to play it, always thought that the urban sections of F.E.A.R. were the best parts and this looks like it improves on that.

Just finished interval 02. Hell, this was better than the original game. The environments feel 5 times more unsettling than the vanilla game. The original, while one of my favorite games ever, felt like it was missing on extra something from the setting. This adds an extra layer of grime that really makes it feel actually frightening. It's not only the kickass textures but the choice of and layout of the settings. I love that dilapidated urban environment. Reminds me of my urban exploring days. Also the paranormal spooky stuff felt way more natural and definitely made my sit up in my chair a few times.

I have this bad habit of only playing games on the hardest difficulty setting and normally I can breeze through all of FEAR on extreme with less than 10 deaths, this mod kicked my ass for once. I love how many different paths there are, really makes it so you have to watch your back for a flanking enemy and definitely adds to the suspense. My only gripe is that there are just a little bit too many enemies for each area. Like 2 or 3 too many. Always get the feeling that I picked off the last one then 2 soldiers come from around the corner. I kind of like that feeling though. All the different paths make it feel more like the real world and not just a video game linear path where there's no where else to go but in one direction. But really, did the medpacks have to be so well hidden? I feel like I found the few that were there and held up to 4 at one time, but they were really dug into those corners. I guess that habit of exploring every nook and cranny finally paid off. For the rest of the items, I liked how they were hidden away since exploration and a keen eye was rewarded. Also, was the health bar altered? I could swear that in vanilla extreme FEAR, one bullet only did like 35
