A great mod. I have a question. I have GOG version of Far Cry, and it says the 1.4 version of game is. GOG include AI seen trough walls as well patch. I did steps above you said, and everything went great, but thing that bothering me is that jumping is kind a broken. Mostly times not recognized at all, and when walking and running almost never. Any suggestions?
checked, installed the mod on Far Cry v1.4 (GOG), jumps work !!!, Jack does not jump when the power bar is at a minimum, as intended by the game.
A bit buggy melee is in vogue, doesn't always work, and when choosing shotgun and bazooka, melee doesn't work at all, until I know how to fix it.
Gonna check again, maybe that is the reason. Do I need install patch you provided to GOG version or I will be fine? And did AI detection trough walls fix gonna be overwritten with FC Classic?
Am thinking x64 over x32, what is your suggestion to play with?
And what about draw distance, I read everywhere, really no true fix for that. Beside export every level with fixed values with level editor.
My first FC play was high 10-25 FPS then. Now running over 300 FPS. Man, gonna say same for Crysis 1 for few years.

I recommend the x64 version, the graphics are getting better and the drawing range is better, for this, download and install two more patches 1."farcry_amd64_ecu.exe" and 2."farcry_amd64upgrade_us_uk.exe", you can find and download them on the Internet, these patches can be installed at the end of the installation, you do not need to do everything first.
Run the game via FarCry.exe in the Bin32 folder (version 64 will start !!).

I did. Game GOG, patch 1.42, FC Classic, replaced files, then X64 patches. Its good now, so far, but draw distance is still somehow low. I guess has limits from 2004 game engine. Thanks.
