Sounds like a twisted version of Firesign Theatre in hell. Very very cool design.

Any room for a hard techno station? like Tank Moovez Vol 2?,...Magnetrixx, "...that'z zome freaky stuff" while scattering mutant body parts all over the landscape. :)

Garage Punk is as far as we go, which has a lore friendly excuse: there are references to bands like RATT in Fallout 1, and Fallout 2, which hints that thee were prisons full of punk rockers. Terror Max was from a "prison vault" in LA.

Sounds like a radio station more fit for a GTA installment than a lore friendly Fallout mod, pretty cool nonetheless.

According to Project Brazil wiki, the DETH 981 originated from Vault 5 whom residents were forced to listen to Punk Rock without end. As a way to justify its presence in the lore, the simple go-for excuse was that Punk Rock was banned in Pre-War America.

Description

Fallout: Project Brazil has two new radio stations for your pip boy while exploring our story and world.

Based in the shipwrecked ruins of Marina Del Rey, the pirate raider legions of Terror Max are from a recently opened vault where several hundred thousand residents were exposed to death metal 24-7 for more than a century. The insane residents emerged under the leadership of Terror Max at the same time the Survivalist Raiders consolidated the remaining tribes and convicts from across California.

The 2nd Installment will re-arrange the news tracks according to the Main Quest Objectives, and add a dozen more segments based on Fallout jokes and spoofs of classic rock radio. Using the Wild Wasteland Perk, the Terror Tool Time segments that randomly play will allow the player to construct the joke items at a workbench.
