When it shows it not being able to download, select choose mirror then watch it until a server opens up and start downloading. It's going to be very slow haha.

Well when it comes to mods I dont do it at all and this is the first one I've wanted to play. I cant seem to get 201 to work with Fallout Mod Managers package manage, after an hour it just shows fomm not responding. Even redownloaded 201 again. Is it something I've done wrong?
Don't know if it's the case, but I for one tried TTW (mod) and the FOMM also froze for quite some time and I think that TTW is a smaller mod. So maybe try to wait it out? I'm talking like 20-30 mins. Good luck, imma try this out today I think :)
I have the same problem like WinstonJet. Did everything as described with 200 in FOMM and then with 201 FOMM is not responding anymore. NMM is not even starting after I installed 200 in FOMM. Strange... Any advice someone?
the regular fomm does not support the 4gb patch. this will Nexusmods.com?
