The game keep crashing to desktop as soon as i open the console ,type in gta 0022fc6 and press enter

Your doing it wrong. You should first find a car you wish to steal and get its id and then type in gta with the corect id, he was just adding a random car id for example im not sure what kinda car id that was.
When i play this mod im going to travel to pre-war sanctuary and then see if i can steal the nice looking cars there and drive on the nice street there in sanctuary for the fun of it, i doubt this mod will work on all cars even ones without wheels and steering weels and such so im going to travel to find nice cars then use it, if that dont work ill download a mod that lets me build perfect looking pre-war cars and then ill test out this car staling mod on it.
i mean this mod has to be good at something and im going to figure it out.
