Currently there is a incompatibility with the latest Source Engine (Source 2009), preventing the Mod to start up. As a temporary workaround do the following:
1. Run Steam
2. Enter the Game Library then select Tools.
3. Find and Install Source SDK, Source SDK Base 2006, and Source SDK Base 2007.
4. Restart Steam
A fully ported version of CM (V. 10.90) will be available with the release of VALVE's updated SDK.
"A fully ported version of CM (V. 10.45) will be available soon."
You mean soon like this month, this year or Black Mesa soon?
they could always adopt valve time
It's already dependent on Valve: "A fully ported version of CM (V. 10.45) will be available when VALVE releases the updated SDK-Code."
you should explain more about this trick to apply , i tried to use "Half-Life 2 (EP0)" shortcut with the sourcesdk panel started too .
without steam online same error , no problemo i wait for answer or update , whichever come first 8] BMesa soon ;'] that kill them all
i did not tested the trick but today i found what you meant
at steamforum : FIX (temporary) for many mods : Forums.steampowered.com
that needs some editions of files
It works you gotta put your shortcuts for the mod into steam's game library then it'll launch no problem
Thanks for the info, and also thanks for keeping the mod updated!
