I dont say this with certanty but you must likely messed up in the steps regarding the d3d9 and codlogo. This is needed because the base engine cant handle the amount of content the mod brings
yep copied and replaced it, its playable now. Just that some of the Germans spawn without bodies, their textures get distorted etc when killed and floating objects. Jus pointing out, not too major, love the mod
hmm looks like you have the same issue a friend of mines had, not saying this is what you are having but he told me that the mod basically became cursed for him. But then we realized that it was most likely because he was low on disk space, perhaps clear up some memory?
If that does not work then retrace your steps and try to figure out whats wrong, i got nothing else.

Hey dude, could you make a similar "America Mod" but without the "extreme variation" bit.
I can't play this mod without tons of texture corruption and crashes such as "directx unrecoverable error".
Damn that sucks, i have heard from friends its a problem but have you put into your directory the d3d9 and cod logo ****? Its supposed to upgrade the engine to handle the mod but even so things can happen. From my experience its basically a roll of the dice if it will run well for other people but for me it nearly always runs without bugs or crashes.

I know you said to provide a version that does not include all the extra models but understand that was not what i intended the mod to be. While yeah the bugs do suck again it varies from person to person. I have heard people tell me they have flesh monsters show up from silent hill while others say their game runs fine. Basically just hope for the best lmao.
Maybe clear some space on your C drive just in case.
