What do you want to see after the RSA? As in, What Factions do you want? Do you want a faction of only commando like units? The FBI, The CIA? Anything, Any Ideas. They could be from anywhere or anything. THE EWDT is looking for good ideas for Splinter Factions, and you get to decide
All you need to do is:
1) Post your idea as a comment on this news article
2) Include a few of your unit ideas and Structure Ideas
3) Include the Faction's Superweapon
4) Include Generals Powers
5) Provide a faction image (Lower Right Corner Image)
We will check each faction to see what we like, and eventually, pick what will be added.

Okay right, I have always dreamed of making my own RTS, but this will work. I do have a dream faction, one which I have tried to implement in various things and work out how they would go, but I simply lack the required skills.
Okay, the team would be called Neo-Chaos.
Their Superweapon would be some form of orbital strike, I think you could just use the chinese artillery animation, but with a nuke-like effect.
They would have a close combat stealthed (also expensive) infantry called a Hunter Killer. They could have some low armored high powered tanks. This faction would be good if it focused on vehicles. Perhaps no air units. Hero should be able to capture buildings quickly, and be able to place bombs, not too worried about weapons.
An anti artillery base defense (Kind of like point laser defence, stops missiles). Powerful, yet low health base defense structures.
I cant provide a graphic though.
For generals promo perhaps a sneak attack and bounty, as well as other things.
All in all, powerful units that can dish out damage, yet don't have much armor.

Just as help for some of you, I have my own funny idea.
The Faction is entitled "Civilians Wrath".
It is composed of civilians!!
One of their units is named "The Recruiter" and will be able to train infantry on the spot!!!
Their structures will be civilian structures which most of will be garrisonable.
They do not have a superweapon, but can construct tech structures instead.
Their generals powers will include alot of ambush type weapons, maybe even an ambush of "Recruiters" =-D.

Nope, Look at the fuel strike. It uses the Artillery Barrage Shell. It is pretty much the nuke. The only real differences are the coloring on the nuke and the speed of the shell.
Oh you must have misunderstood my SW. I meant the full 36 shells each with an individual nuke animation. Not one shell with one explosion.
