Description
This is a new unit in the mod, the Suppressor-Class Star Dreadnought, armed with 19 turbolasers, 16 ion cannons, 6 concussion missile launchers, and 4 proton torpedo launchers. Has 3 shield generators, 3 hangar bays, and 1 tractor beam. It is currently available to the Empire at tech level 5 over a planet that has a level 5 space station. Two Star Destroyers are also in the pic to show the scale.

What about only letting it be built on planets that can build capital ships?
It is only available to build at Kuat, Byss, Coruscant, and Fondor.
