Excessive is a Half Life 2: Episode Two modification which development is oriented to be part of my game design curriculum, a small laboratory whre I can improve my skills. The rules I'll follow to make it are: - Only level design modifications: I'll only use Hammer to develop this mod, there will be no mew textures, models, animations or coding. - Each chapter will introduce at least one innovation to their predecessor: first map will be focus on color and lighting and its use to improve the gameplay,second map will focus on other theme,... Please note that the objective of this mod is to improve my curriculum and enjoying everyone who plays it so I'm making this page only for testing and distributing it. This is no a great mod, a large mod or a mod that will shock anyone.

Could use a tiny bit more detail... Why is that combine symbol there? It looks kinda out of place. And the light is too bright, you cant actually see any lamp. Lastly, the ceiling texture is pretty bad, sorry :(
Yep, I lot of work needed here, the symbol is there for a reason I cannont explain, but the room will have more detail. Don't worry, I love critics!!

and the combine symbol... gives it an odd mystic look, i like it.
it reminds me of playing through the first halo game, when you'd come across glowing runes or computers that you never interact with, and you are just left with a foreboding sense of awe at the mystery of it.
