The Indochina Vietnam conflict 1946-1973. No other military conflict is comparable to those dramatic years of the 20th century. Most rumors spread about the Indochina and Vietnam War are not honest, even though it was the best documented war in history. No other military conflict was ever so controversial, pointing to an unloved fact: our enemy was not the only source of evil, the evil could be found within ourselves. The "Eve Of Destruction" mod is a tribute to the U.S. , ARVN and Vietcong/NVA soldiers who fought and died in Vietnam, and also to the Vietnamese people. Eve of Destruction is available for Battlefield 2, Battlefield 1942, and Battlefield: Vietnam.

Loved your mod on bf42 and was dissapointed when DiCe stole your thunder with BF:V. Hope this version will be *** kick-*** as the old one!

It was the battle for Vietnam. The battle for Vietnam. The Battlefied: Vietnam. Should be a lot of fun!

I was just thinking the other day...wondering about a Vietnam mod for BF2. And POOF! Haven't played the 1942 one, but this is looking awesome! Keep up the good work!

Vietnam-era M16s were M16A1s, they did not have forward assists or shell blocks to the rear of the ejection port. The vast majority of M16A1s in service had triangular handguards; I don't recall any that look like those. These M16s look like A4s.

Iks, all M16A1's and XM16E1's had forward assists (not the older M16 and AR15's). And XM177(E2)'s had circle forearms.

Your M60 model also seems to be incredibly inaccurate, while looking fairly poor.
