Hello. Andusa is also unreachable. Enemies can put it under siege, however, they can't reach Andusa when troops are ready for the battle, they just keep walking or running. As a player
About my last comment regarding Granada, I could reach Granada after clicking different positions around the town, and being the closer I could to the town, and then by clicking the town, and the same I did for Andusa. But the AI can't reach it. And neither can the player if he/she doesn't do the above I mentioned.

This is one of the best mods ever developed and absolutely my favourite mod for Mount and Blade: Warband. However, i don't know what it is but i will report it. I managed to become sufficently recongnized ruler of my kingdom and wanted to enter Noble Tournaments but dude keep saying that i am a commoner. My renown was 1200.

i used to get a lot of crashes too, a new install of the game can deninetly help and dont start tweaking files and stuff, just play the game as it's supposed to be played, i played a couple of hours and had no any kind of crash at all.

Wallachia hasn't yet become independent in 1200 AD, and we seek historical accuracy.
Hower, Wallachian soldiers can be recruited from Bulgarian settlements.

I am not sure how this happened, But one time i was in Denmark on one of the islands, and i couldn't sail, If i got to the water, i would keep running into it, So me and about 5 lords who i was at war with were on a small island with no way out..

It's possible you may experience a glitch that causes water crossing to stop working. If so, first thing should be to try the following steps (thanks to jesper82):

1. Right click on .exe file or the shortcut to the game.
2. Select "Properties".
3. Select "Compatibility".
4. Change the compatibility mode to XP or Vista (7 also seems to work).
5. Also remember to choose "Run this program as an administrator".
If the bug comes back just change compatibility mode to something else and it works again.

The above seems to fix it properly, but if it doesn't, alternative methods include exiting the game and moving your savegame file out of its folder (in My Documents), then pasting it back again. Or save your game and return to main menu, start a new game (in which water crossing should work again), then exit again and load your old savegame. It should be working again.

Hello, I've notice the compass is pointing South when it should be pointing North and viceversa. Also are you planning on adding horses for the Knight Orders, like Santiago, Templar, Saint George...? Also, at a certain point of my game I'm unable to attack looters, raiders or robber barons. It seems that because I once helped some looters, they don't attack me anymore, and neither can I attack them. Seems that this bug is not exclusive for the 1200 mod, but of the game in general, is there a way to get rid of it?

We already added a lot of new horses, but until someone actually makes Knightly Horses, we will not be able to add them, unfortunately.
About the looter thing - yes, the problem is that you helped them.
Since I've never done that, I don't have a solution to that problem, but you can go to our Taleworlds E1200 thread and ask the question - maybe there are more people with that problem.

I was also thinking, and would like to suggest, if you're planning on putting a more efficient trade system. For example products that should be common in the Iberian Peninsula, like olives and olive oil, should be rare in Poland, and kind of rare in the Italic Peninsula, and by consequence cheaper in one place and more expensive in another. I don't know if you're planning this, which seems you are, because I've noticed some items, like Date Fruit, and Flax Bundle, which seems will have a purpose in the future, that is if I'm unaware they do have one now.

specify bandits based on regions. i.e. berber bandits, english bandits, etc. HitmanMatu is right, majority of weapons are native ones, why not add more? also, please revamp the map. make it more realistic for better BETA gameplay. :)

Some mini-factions don't have a Noble Troop Tree (Ragusa, Arbanon) because we didn't like the fact that a faction with only a single town (and without any castles) could muster a large number of knights/nobles for battle.
So, Albanians will not have Knights (Noble Troop Tree), but only Peasants and Professionals (who are quite strong in the game).

Any idea how to download that without Steam? I originally purchased the game on Steam but I can no longer use Steam because it causes my computer to crash, so I do everything outside of it... I've tried downloading the patches elsewhere, but they don't acknowledge that I even have the game installed. Any thoughts? I don't want to have to buy the game twice...

When I go to battle as a mercenary, I receive the RGL ERROR: "get_object failed for mesh: pic_soldier_world_map".

In Beta 6, I received something similar before even joining the retinue of the lord. It was quite a buzzkill after waiting for my lord to attack anything, only to crash... Any help on how to correct this (or any others that may occur) would be appreciated.

I believe that if you upgrade your game to 1.153, the bug will not appear.

Overall, great mod. Regardless of its historic accuracy (actual history isn't very accurate anyway), it's a well done mod. I've experienced one glitch though, and that's when I sign up as a mercenary with a vassal, it crashes and the error "get_object failed for mesh: pic_soldier_world_map". Not sure if I downloaded it incorrectly or if it is a bug. Nonetheless, great mod.

I have few things to report, well I didn't read all the comments so I don't know if anyone else notice, game when played does not lag, at all but when I wait in the castle (spend night) then it does lag like.. 1 second every 2 seconds.. it's a little annoying, also the "Players want to join you" I pay for them and I can't seem to find them in my party.. also one major problem.. when you attack someone's party.(enemy) they appear like inside your army.. like they aren't on the other side of hill but 2 steps next to you.. also there is like so little AI movement they usually just camp inside the castles... But yet this is best mod I've played.. and really respect for your work :) I hope you can fix it.. I have few other problems I encountered but I will post them as I test the mod more. Keep up the good work.

I never heard of that problem - possibly a unique bug. Try to reinstall the game.

3. Enemy is 2 steps next to you:
That is not a major problem - that is a feature called AMBUSHING.

You need to increase your Campaign AI in the Options, and then they will move. ;-)

Have you tried reinstalling your whole game?
I think I remember one guy also asking the same question (troops.txt missing).
He then reinstalled the game (not just the mod) and everything worked fine.

Great mod, really love it so far, except for the lag, but I can deal with it (I used to play M&B Warband on 4 fps lol). My only problem is the fact I can't upgrade my Norwegian Freeman to something higher, but I see Norwegian lords with different Norwegian units.

Could someone explain this to me?

I'd also like Iceland, Finland and Russia to be factions.

- About the units:
Our mod has 4 types of troops, each available to recruit from a different settlement.
You can recruit Rural troops from Villages, Militia from Towns (sometimes Towns have Rurals), Professionals/Sergeants from Castles, and Nobles from Castles. You must become a vassal of a faction in order to recruit Professionals and Nobles.

- Island will (most likely) not be added.
Finnish Tribes will probably be added in the next release (0.22 aka Beta 8).
There wasn't such thing as 'Russia' in the year 1200 AD. There were many Russian Principalities - and 4 of which are already added in our mod (more is to come).
What version of the mod are you using?
This version on which we are commenting is an OLD VERSION, Beta 7 (0.20), while the current release is Beta 8 (0.21).
We still don't know whether we are going to upload the current release on MOD DB, because it had some problems.
