Estranged, the story of a lone fisherman, stranded on a mysterious island during a violent storm.
Explore rich environments and meet the curious inhabitants of the island as you find a way back to the mainland.
Mine too. There's just something about that whole atmosphere of Mirror's Edge that no other game has. Those kind of sterile looking modern, newly built buildings give me a sort of dream-like feeling for some reason and I just can't get enough of it. I keep coming back to this game again and again, even though I've already completed it like 10 times already
I'm exactly the same. Sure it could've been a better game, but those environments, man.
I hope a sequel will do it justice (I've heard there's one planned), but I fear it won't because of Dice having to appeal to a wide audience to justify the cost of development. Robert Briscoe isn't working on it either, he was one of the environment artists on ME1. From that I'm worried that they're not using the same artists, and then it obviously won't have the original's charm.
Yes, ME2 pls! But they better don't make it too mainstream.. I lost a bit of respect for Dice, with all that BF3 expansion ****.. But still, ME is also one of my all time favs, on of the best games of this generation at least.
Reminds me of one of the sewers levels from Mirror's Edge :)
Me too!
It's a quite similar
Though I'm not implying that this is a ripoff; storm sewers pretty much all look like this
It's an homage to the Mirror's Edge level, that's one of my favourite games of all time!
