the finer points will be worked out but there will be 1 new town and a heavily changed vault city
and some new graphics and of course new npcs and a few old ones the reason the mod is called error is that you can go into vault city and mess the place up just a few years after they get out of the vault therefore fallout 2 vault city different ! (this is a tc not just a place mod so you want be playing fallout 2 as normal with a few new things so enjoy )

im making it to surport the highres patch there just screen shots from the mapper but it works in fallout2 as well
