What is ELMS?
I've long believed that Last Man Standing is a very underappreciated GameType in UT. With ELMS, I have endeavored to add some playablitiy factors to the game to make it more fun.

- Color coding of player skin and HUD display to reflect number of lives remaining:
- Green : Over 25% of total lives remaining
- Yellow : Less than 25% of total lives remaining (your second to last life will ALWAYS be yellow)
- Red : Less than 5% of total lives remaining (your last life will ALWAYS be red)
- The ability to gain an additional lives through the collection of Soul Coins. When each player spawns, they will have one Soul Coin. When a player is killed, all of his Soul Coins are dropped on the ground. If anyone accumulates a set number of Soul Coins, he is granted an extra life.

ELMS Version 150 Released!


New Features include:
- NEW Soul Coin model! It's not perfect (yet) but it's much better than the old one.
- When a player dies, his Soul Coins will spread out all over the place.
- Bots now DESIRE the Soul Coins. :)
- Players Soul Coin count will return to 1 when they are killed.
- HUD/Skin coloring now is a function of percentage of total lives instead of a fixed number.
- All players will receive a message when someone:
-- Gains a life
-- Changes color
- Added option to remove player scores from their HUDs and the scoreboard.
- Scoreboard now color-codes the player's names.
- Added Soul Coin count to HUD.

I made the SoulCoins larger in this version - They look loads better.

I'm afraid to strew SoulCoins all over a level, because I want them to be rewards for players that actively participate in DeathMatching, as apposed to hiding out.

Team LMS is definately an option... What do the rest of you think???

OK, there's a few changes to be made here before this can be a truly top-class mod, and here they are -

- How about team-play in LMS? That'ld be really cool!
- Soul Coins that you can actually see, they're good but they're paper-thin.
- Maybe you could have Soul Coins as powerups too, ie. Players don't just have them, they can find them on the field.

But these are just suggestions for what is a pretty cool mod.
