Great timing considering that Skyrim enchanced edition is coming soon... soonish?
Still a few months to go. We don't even know will the existing mods be compatible with the special edition though..
Yeah, they were somewhat cryptic about the whole thing. But it's free, so I don't really mind.
We'll see if it looks better than Enderal. XD
I'm hoping they don't force the new Skyrim on us, but put it as a separate game. I think we'll be fine.

but the special edition is a seperate game in your steam library ;)
and many of the mods must be updated for that.
but you can still play the original skyrim.

What even is the point of Skyrim: Enhanced Edition..
Bethesda Softworks is a "Gameplay is more important than graphics" company, why are they ruining their perfect record by remaking a game that's already released. If they don't change the gameplay.. (more items, possibly spears and a larger variety of crossbows) then there's no point.
I mean, they already released a Graphics DLC within days of it's initial release, why don't they just update the DLC to Next-Gen.

So how will the installation work? Best to install on a vanilla Skyrim game, or can you still use other mods alongside this?
It's SureAI, so it most likely a regular installer that installs to a seperate folder from Skyrim. As Nehrim and Arktwend did.
