New Cincinnati is a city and quest mod for New Vegas that allows you to join a reclusive sect of the Enclave Remnant that has begun a new and improved plot to reclaim America in the name of Freedom and Liberty. Based on the principles of the real-life Society of the Cincinnati, the Enclave Department of the Army has stepped into shadow-leadership of the newly established town of New Cincinnati with the goal of making a city-state, then a nation great enough that they can hand power back over to the populace and return to their original state: being America's Army.
There are three groups working within the city:
- The Enclave, working steadfastly in their bunker to provide all the necessities of life to the populace above. Food, pure water, medicine, even day-to-day technological needs can be sated in the labs and factories churning ceaselessly beneath the surface of the Earth.
- The Overwatch is the branch of the Enclave Remnants that is in the public light. They're the primary security force for New Cincinnati, and fulfill their duties steadfastly, upholding the tenets of Peace, Justice, and Liberty. The Overwatch is also the muscle to make sure caravans get through to communities outside New Cincinnati. While they get all of their needs filled through the bunker, appearances are vital, and having no outside source of trade would be overly suspicious.
- The Civilian populace is mostly oblivious to the goings on under their feet. They're a motley collection of all the Mojave and beyond has to offer, and they work and toil above ground to ensure the continued stability and prosperity of the city that shields them from the dangers of the wastes and provides for them. They mostly work in the above-ground offices, stores, medical facility, and vehicle depot, with additional maintenance responsibilities around the city.
In this mod, you will be given the opportunity to join first the Overwatch, then the Enclave Remnants proper. America will be great again!

After realizing my texturing skills left a great deal to be desired, I have shifted priorities back to the construction of the interiors and exteriors of New Cincinnati. I hope to have a great deal more progress to show off in the new few days than I have the previous. I've got to stick with what I know, and what I can do: and that's write and use pre-existing assets to create something greater than their parts. Seeing as almost all of my progress on textures, save for the "cleaned" APA, was wasted, I don't really have anything much else to say.

According to the lore of the Fallout universe, The Enclave has remnant bases in the mid-west. Although its never Specified where in the Midwest its possible there Could be a Base in Cincinnati, Ohio. so a New Cincinnati built of the ruins of the old and populated by Enclave people seems to fit perfectly into Fallout universe lore.
Alot of people are speculating on the next 2 fallout games and the people on the internet at YouTube said that Chicago is the most likely place for Fallout 5 and it will be about defeating OR MEETING WITH AND HELPING THE Enclave remnants.
also while we wait on the release of Fallout 5 in 2018 or 2019 we will get a release of Fallout 4 and a half. Fallout 4 and a half will be called Fallout New Orleans. It will take place in the ruins of the once great American city, fighting Mirelurks on what was once Bourbon Street in the cities historic Downtown. Fallout : New Orleans will be like How Fallout : New Vegas was basically Fallout 3 and a half. This game should be out either in late 2017 or early 2018.
So i just love how this game is so called " Lore-friendly " i think that is just great, continue to work on this mod work out all the bugs before you release it. Good luck on finishing the Mod i wish you well for all that support its Author.

how do i DL for xbox 360?
You cant download it yet for Xbox one or Xbox 360 or anthing, you cant be casue it has not been released yet, this mod has been in development for about 3 years since 2013. if they worked on it for 3 year that mans it must be a world so large by now and filled with many quests, that it seems as if your playing a entire large DLC like Nuka-World or even larger more like Far Harbor. I just got New Vegas on December 3rd a little over a week ago i have not played much of it or its DLC but i played Fallout 4 for like 400 hours so i know it more closely, im still not sure if Honest Hearts DLC is as big as a workshop quest line or as big as a real one in Nuka-World or Far Harbor. Im still trying to figure out if its possible to save Jed Materson and also get to have Follows-Chalk on the same team is possible, i know that Jed said that he was trying to join the same people that Follows Chalk is a part of but these Hostiles native american-esk tribal guys keep coming in and killing off the Jed-Materson party. There has to be a way to save them. id like to see a mod that makes the whole of Jed's caravan party become essential even the two caravan guards be essential just like it is in fallout 4 that would be fun if we get to have them Happy Trails Caravan company and its Caravaneers that man it, not have to die.
so to answer your question for the time beings theres no way to get this one any of the X box consoles because the mod has not even been released yet for the PC.
You can't unless you hack the XBOX and i doubt it would be easy. at all. AND the console has limited processing power so who knows what it could handle.
