After experimenting many ENBseries versions, finally i found ENB that compatible with Call Of Duty 2. Using TES Oblivion's ENBseries (thx boris vorontsov), this mod bring some features below:
- Bloom
- Soft Shadow
- Added DepthOfField
- ColorCorrection (dark on some areas)
- FXAA
- ToneMapping
- Technicolor
- Realistic Atmosphere (Snow, Rain, etc.)

As you can see, which better? :). also, there was SSAO, but i don't enable yet, because look weird & eats performance a lot (you can enable with SHIFT + F12). sometimes on some dark areas like inside the house, night time, etc. the game look too dark, this caused by shader (effect.txt). I don't know about shader language, maybe soon i'll fix this ;). to enable or disable this mod, press SHIFT + F10. you can edit configuration on enbseries.ini & from shaders.ini . DON'T edit and publish this mod without my permission.

how to solve the problem of darkness in dark parts ?
How do I uninstall this? I literally can't even play the game anymore since I downloaded this, it freezes on the Activision logo.
Delete the d3d9 dll

Just delete mod files. If you don't remember what mod files was then copy and paste mod to CoD2 folder again and then delete.

I got to say it's too damn dark at night or inthe house
ıf you are dowlanding this mod, your screen will be very dark. For these reasons you shouldnt dowland this mod
Also, it will make your game lag a lot
Buuuuttt, if you have a FAST computer, it's still pretty dark at night
