Sort of, I heard Empire II is rumored to be ww1 so I havent been working on it. Empire is also very frustrating to mod, so I havent been motivated to make progress
How do i download the mod manually (idk its my first time modding)

This would be an awesome mod - it would be great if the timeframe for the mod stretched long enough to play the Balkan wars before TGW and the Rif war after WWI with Spain/France/Rif tribes. Good luck!
