The cool thing about making particles and projectiles faster is that it looks cooler and is more performance friendly since the lifetime of the projectiles is lower :3

Yeah, along with a change I made to fighter pathing it's actually quite noticable, might put the pop cap back at 50 soon.

Texture quality? Try lowering the detail level in the video settings in the main menu

I don't think that works anymore, since the textures aren't exported with MIP maps. TinyTinyDwarf Install the 1K texture pack, that should do the trick.

Description

Blasters, lasers, turbolasers and ion cannons are now faster. The turbolasers are heavy ion cannons are significantly faster even. Other projectiles such as missiles and torpedoes remain the same speed.
