How about, for say 15 seconds; all damage is nullified from a small planetary shield that Tyber had fitted on the ship (whilst a severe retrofit was ordered ;)) but all engines and weapons cease to function because of the sheer power needed. Leaving it a massive paperweight that allows other consortium ships to pack a punch on a bloated Imperial power fleet, or Rebel fighter supremacy.
I doubt Tyber would settle for "regular" weapons like turbolasers, so maybe a weapons upgrade. Something fancy like: ion lasers(equally effective against shields and armour) or disruptors(piercing damage)...
Kedalbe original ability (since they dont have it anymore). Aka leeching shields. But a bit more powerful. + stealth (optional).

A big stealth ship is something not you don't see very often
"Boarding party" which destroys targeted hardpoint or capture enemy ship completely (up to frigate calss).

How about a Shield Regeneration burst, when it occurs all ships within a small radius of the ship their shields (If they have shields) are boosted back up by 50% while leaving Tyber's ship with 50% less weapon power and no shields. This would be a very useful ability as drawn out battles will take their toll on your ships, this ability could be the deciding factor in that battle.
A super strength tractor beam that is capable of slowly ripping a ships hull apart and damaging shields? The throw back, is perhaps so much power is need to use it, Tyber's weapons will go offline for time during and sometime after use perhaps?
Zann likes going through shields and hitting them where it hurts sooo, that's an idea.
In my own/brothers mod I gave tyber zann the reinforce/call fighters ability, and gave him a garrison of ships that are otherwise underpowered, and not suitable for the pirate rotor. Called it "Call in a Favour". If left unchecked he could call in a small fleet of frigates and destroyers.

Whats the backstory for Tybers new ship?
In my opinion, as he is always searching for powerful artifacts and besides that having control over ships like the Eclipse, I think he could have found that ship on a junk planet like Raxus Prime. It doesn't always have to be some super Sith world like Korriban or Ziost in my opinion. Maybe something like that:
During the Mandalorian Wars many Centurion-class battlecruisers were in service of the Galactic Republic and served as a proud symbol for the Republic Navy during those turbulent period. As such many of them were wrecked after their destruction in battle or due to the inevitably signs of the time.
Capable of withstanding major attacks during it's time, it's weaponry is very much outdated to this days. Tyber Zann found one of that antiquated vessels in the junkyard ruins of Raxus Prime before he got imprisoned on Kessel by the Galactic Empire. Kept in secret for years, Tyber retroffited it with new armor and weaponry like the [insert weaponry here] to serve his needs against the Imperial Navy or any impetuous criminals who dare to stand in his way.
Just a suggestion though. My English isn't that great but I hope you get the idea. Great work on that ship!
