I had no idea the Y-wing is this big, compared to the X-wing.

Just short of 25 meters, was quite surprised myself. I kinda like it this big though. Makes it feel sturdy.

Actually, is meant the length of the BTL-B which engines are longer (https://matthewhamill706.files.wordpress.com/2015/12/y-wingcomparison_zpsb614456d.jpg). Probably the length of A4/S3 is 16.4 meters (from Wiki: Starwars.wikia.com)

Huh, legends says 3.5, canon says almost 7. Starwars.wikia.com Not sure what that's all about.

Now that planets have their own unique build rosters in galactic conquest, have you considered reintroducing the old basilisk as an option on Mandalore?

Wait, wookie says Vultures are almost 7m in length:
Starwars.wikia.com

?

edit: 6.96 is new canon length, 3.5m is old (Legends) canon (which really doesn't make much sense).
I guess you've scaled them pretty close to the 7m.

The old 3.5m number has to be off because I remember them standing at least 4-6m in the films.

Description

The starfighter roster has changed quite a bit over the years. There are 2 points I wish to discuss here.

The first is faction-specific fighters. As some of you may know from the mods Discord server ( Discordapp.com ) Niko is working on a complete overhaul for Galactic Conquest. Some of these fighters, such as the droid fighters, will spawn from ships that will be neutrally buildable on specific planets. Most fighters will remain faction specific, such as the y wing, TIE fighters, ect.

Second, unit scale. So far I've been satisfied with the scaling of units since the current system up to a few days ago used correct canon scale for fighter units. This has the added benefit of smaller interceptors being hard to hit, aside from the sizes just looking correct, but as of a few days ago this system no longer works. With the addition of the Vulture Droid, which is canonically 3,5 meters in length, the craft were simply too small. Aside from being nearly impossible to hit, especially while maneuvering, they had to be made so small that you could literally not see them while zoomed in. You had to position the camera right in front of them to see them. This is too much, even for me. I have since made the decision to scale up the smallest units (Vulture droid, Tri fighter droid) to a minimum size, where they are still visible and function properly. So although now these units are larger than their "official" sizes, they're still somewhat in line with the rest of the fighter line up. I included a Nebulon B (300 meters) for comparison.
