Note to anyone having this issue; if your game launches with the menu weirdly offset and you can't click on the buttons properly. Go into the compatibility tab in the properties of the .exe file and check "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings" this resolved my issues and allowed me to play.

My game is crashing any time I click on the world map with the mod on.
I had this pporblem too. Make sure you copy all of the files from the DATA folder inside the DATA folder in the main Emperor's folder.
