A weapon mod for the original Doom games that attempts to faithfully recreate the weapons, items, combat mechanics, and upgrade systems of DOOM (2016) using GZDoom. Compatible with most monster packs and mapsets.

Description

A battle arena with vertical gameplay and waves of enemies. Here you will find JumpPads, Monkey bars, Breakable walls, Grapple Points, There are many secrets and the Master Token is hidden on the map, can you find him?. Also added two new monsters - Prowler and Terminator. To play on the map you need: EoA Assets, EoA Code, EoA eternal, EoA D4 monsters(Keep file order when run map). Enjoy!

i launch this addon with eoa eternal and eoa redownload ,i whait loading map with this mode gzdoom writes me fatal error 4 parsing decorate scripts and load is stopped this my error i not understand why this happened i delete it and then redownload this addon and again, that's really strange,eoa eternal bug fix addon had nothing to do with this i checked.

an error occurs when I load your map writes a fatal error 4 while parsing decorate scripts and is this all that could have happened?, I met something like this when I loaded this addon into the gzdum builder, I don’t know what happens ?. eoa monsters doesn't help at all with this case.

i was honestly worried at first when i found out this map was taken off moddb but now it's back!
correct me if i'm wrong but the main changes is monster placement and the addition of the two new enemy types, but when the monsters stopped spawning in, i checked the automap and it said that there were more than 90 left on the map...
which is pretty confusing, and looks like overall difficulty of the arena has been lowered which i totally support if that's what you're trying to do.

I don’t know why monsters sometimes stop appearing, try restarting the level, it helped me. The map came out not so hardcore because there is not enough space and the monsters are pinching you and do not let pass.

It's just that sometimes it looks like the monsters don't teleport for some reason, I checked my scripts - they should work, maybe it's a gzdoom or EoA bug

I have the same problem. Message is "Execution could not continue. 4 errors while parsing DECORATE scripts". It's the first time, as I have been playing heavely this wonderful map latest versions.

**** you were right, I feel dumb. Forgot the monsters addon probably. About the changes: I tried on nightmare first time; I can see the new monsters and arachnotron (was it there before?) but no flying imps, were they removed? (I just tried and didn't play, so I might be wong cuz I saw cacos neither)

Uh I miss them a bit. Those ******* lol. Anyway I have to report an insidious bug (registered just for this. PS the guest was always me): there is a certain spot at the bottom where u get stuck ledgegrabbing by error like escalating, becoming a defenseless target until you get unstuck and move from there.

got this error when i tried to run it, i ran it with eoacode from the 1.8 version of the mod (because 1.9 doesnt work with D4 monsters) eoaassets from 1.9 because he hasnt made and changes to the assets in awhile, EOA D4 monsters and the original goredoom wad (idk if you need this or not it gives me the same error either way)

Yes, Eoa eternal is needed. It was recently removed, I don’t know for what reason, but the mod can still be found on third-party discs.

very happy about the improvements. Grapple poits are really a nice touch. Could not find the fifth secret till now, supposedly the master token location. It's anyway easier then the first versions of this map that were really hard. Hopre that you intend to dedicate yourself at other maps since you are so capable and this is the last update for this. cheers!
