The Bulwark Battlecruiser has been one of the Rebellion's heaviest hitters, in use well before the addition of Mon Cal cruisers to the Rebel fleet. Considered one of the most durable and heavily armed ship in the Rebel fleet, it is armed with 14 turbolasers and Ion cannons, along with 12 lasercannons and 2 heavyduty concussion missile launchers (launch up to 7 missiles with each volley). The Bulwark is also capable of carrying a sizable complement of 10 E-Wing advanced fighter squadrons. Able to both deal and absorb a large amount of damage, the Bulwark allows other rebel ships to strike enemy ships while avoid being the target of enemy fire.
A tech level 5 supercapital, the Bulwark is more heavily armed than its imperial counterpart and requires less crew to man it (lower pop cost), but is much more expensive due to the advanced technology that makes this possible.
