Eastern European crisis is a mod telling a story about the future of Europe. In 30's of XXI century, NATO power weakens, European economy deteriotates and ethnic tensions inside such countries as France, Britain and Germany rises. In this situation, Poland and Ukraine become once again one of the biggest economies, because of these countries stability and large deposits of shale gas, which boost their economic abilities.
Ukrainian truck-based crane constructs military buildings for the Ukrainian Hetmanate
do you know that dozer does not work in CnC3, you'll have to make a construction site or unpacked version of it.
anyway model is cool, and nice to see not america/euro/china war mod
what if CnC3 is not the final destination point, but more of a temporary camp?
hope not, cose in sage engine you have a chance to make a mod, every project i know about 7 years that move to another engine is lost in time, they didnt finish a thing, just jumping from engine to engine, please dont make this mistake to!
Really... What about us? :-P
do you have any releases? how many years you making game/mod? there no videos or something, just screens, they useless, no progress, just models...
do you really think it's physically possible to make an indie game (not a wretched mod) in a smaller time? Have you were encountered all the hardship of implementing even the basic tiny **** like attack or building?
And yeah, we're working little more than a year.
well, as i understand you start from mod Dark Summer'96, its about 3 years ago, and you do NOTHING from that time, you could finish this mod with all this models done, but you making a GAME that looks not realy good.
all this "tiny implementations" will take a more then 2 years for you, or more, 5 years for the game.. not good at all game...
dude Planetry Anyhilation with 5 members team almost make a game with a half of the year, REAL game it not yours :P
AFAIK Planetary Annihilation has a swarm of educated\professional developers, the first news of this game I have heard roughly 2 years ago (and sure they didn't start crying from the very beginning), so that's a broad disinformation when talking about "5 members in half year".
And yeah, I sincerely do not understand what do you mean by "looks not really good". Anyway I just really hate the look of C&C3, it's atmosphere, I hate its constant stupid limitations and I'm overwhelmingly sure that we can do better.
Yes, I could have finished DS'96, but what would be the gain? Another longly-built mod swallowed by history in a couple of months? I'm no more romantic for that kind of crap :P A finished game is worthy 10 finished mods, esp. made with a zero budget.
As a chief developer, I'm reasonably sure the odds to finish a beta by this Christmas are high, so plz mister go & beat the air with demotivation to smb else
as i see, u change more then 3 engins, and "beta by this Christmas" is gona be another engine switch :P
and last one looks not beter then generals made 10 years ago, so "A finished game is worthy 10 finished mods" not for this case.
and lower question is not answered, so you understand what a chance for you to finish a game *rofl*
lol, dude, from pointing some facts you degenerated to "prophesying" (how can you know our plans?) and bluntly insulting, now I have no doubt you're just an unhappy sad lil' troll.
If you want smth easy & quick - don't look for a girl, use your hand :P
The RR team are capable developers some of whom I know in personal and who help me with mod as well, and you mr. Anonymous are just a lonesome hikky jerk cowardly ******** from anonymous profile, so take off your sperm-filled hands from the keyboard and pack your breakfast for school
I personally hope RR crew finish theyr work, it looks briliant (in a mix of Starcraft and C&C General way). Al though I dont share Ilves's vision on mods, I feel that a good mod may make an already bought game, much more enjoyable and playable, even making a game I regreted buying into one of the classics I keep, just because of one or more mods.
