We always lived here. Romans called us Veneti or Venedi, or later as Sclaveni or Sclavi. Sarmatians called us Antes. Němьcь (Germanic) called us Wends. Baltic tribes called us Venemaa or Venäjä. But we call ourselves Slavs. Much later we’ll divide into West, South and East Slavs but for now we are one tribe, "populous nation" as Romans say. I.
