Of course only after the rain - the floor dries up again constantly until you won't see reflections anymore.

I've made two questions.
1) Reflects only the items on the locations or people \ corpses, that is something that can be moved?
2) The reflection will change, if I have the original models retexstures?
I'm russian, sorry for my crazy english.

1. Everything in your view is reflected as long as it's on or over the wet asphalt.

2. The reflections reflect "what you see", so if you re-texture something the reflection will change as well.
