The game that was meant to be. As the 2001 trailer showed us. Released. Check download sections, ladies!
Install in an empty folder. Put a duke3d.grp copy inside and run DNF.BAT. Software mode is recommended but Polymost is also supported. Do not replace the Eduke32.exe provided.

Ensimmäiset 10 min pelattua ja voin nyt jo kehua - loistavaa työtä! Excellent job! Ihmettelen syvästi jossei Gearboxin väki tai 3D Realmsin ex-työntekijät noteeraa millään tavalla.
Onko Duken uudet linet improvisoijan tekeleitä?
The oneliners are from various Duke Nukem games, including the 2011 DNF.
like this mod
i been remake Duke Nukem Forever 1999 for quake 2
i have all the tool for quake 2 to make the mod but
i need a team to help out and i hope it get done soon.
Sounds Awesome! So: You provide "all the quake 2 tools" and we provide all the work!
Can you add DNF 2013 to Workshop?https://steamcommunity.com/app/434050/workshop/
can u make it possible to spawn friendly npc that are there to fight beside us?? instead of being just eyecandies or to die
can this work with steam?
If you have Duke3D on Steam, you can play this mod (but not through Steam). See the txt for instructions.
Very good, I liked the first 3 mission the most, they had some nice story elements, however no Bombshell, turrets, UFOs, Dr Proton (but since you made it to look like the 2001 version it's ok) and the ending was somewhat sudden, even as is it is great, I give it a 10/10. If you update the game consider adding more small cut scenes and some missions on the mother-ship (and some more content from the first trailer would be nice). But let me say that again excellent mod, big open nice maps, nice details, drivable vehicle, the train was awesome etc...
maybe create a custom campain for add different version story of dnf from the first one trailer to the last one ^^ would be awesome
I disagree. I think the amount of story was perfect. Cutscenes are the problem plaguing video games today.
Good job, Gambini and friends for not boring us to death with pointless cutscenes. :D
They are not. Overuse of them (Final Fantasy, I'm looking at you).
We´re not friends! We´re like Jensen and Pritchard. We work togheter because we have good results not because we like each other! >:(
I just plain and simple liked it a lot.
Thanks tons. Writting feedback soon!
I'm quite impressed! The voxel graphics are superb! The bike chase level was some intense stuff, and the ending was pretty d@mn funny!
I have a picture of the Village People in the middle of my screen? Is there something wrong on my end? I just want to fix it.
You're attempting to run the mod using an unsupported renderer (Polymer). Turn Polymer off. Only the 8-bit Classic (Software) and the 16/32-bit Polymost (OpenGL) modes are supported.
I don't understand what is a polymer. All I did was put the duke.grp into the folder together with the mods file.
What is a polymer? Where do I put it off? Thank you for help.

Awesome :)
I cant play it, it starts but the shapes seem like they're melt, can anyone help me?
You need to put a copy of Duke3d.grp (from your atomic edition)in the same folder and run dnf.bat
The Duke approves of this mod... well done.
Am I able to play in coop mode?
Netplay is currently not working on Eduke32 (the port we use). If it gets fixed at some point we will incorporate coop.
Will there be a Mac version available in the future?
No. Get a PC (Hell even old PCs can run this).
Or Wine :)
just completed it - overall freaking awesome.
i only remember 1 issue - i couldn't get into the floor vent underneath a certain vehicle without standing up after i'd crouched.

THE BEST DN3D mod I've ever played ! but a bit too short D:
I agree Z00L, but if it had been a thousand levels, I'd still have been sad when it was finished. "Always leave them wanting more"
I cannot see anything once the game starts, the logo with missile looks good, but once the title pops up, it looks like the game is stuck in 320x150 or something ridiculous like that, I can't see anything.
I'm using the GOG version, any suggestions?
Select a higher resolution in the game startup.
Lol, 30mbs. I miss the old days.
I'm having problems. The game starts up fine and I set the renderer to software mode, but when I select "New Game" and "Forever" and select the difficulty, the game goes back to the start menu. I don't think its a problem with the game itself though. I'm able to run the older Duke3D levels just fine through "User Levels". I feel like i'm missing the actual "Forever" map. Google isn't being helpful today. Does anyone have a solution? I'm using the GOG.com version btw. I just plopped everything into the mod folder.
You have to use dnf.bat. It´s explained in the install intructions and next to the download button.
tHANK YOU, I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR A FUN GAME TO PLAY IN A LONG TIME!!!
I think you need the GRP file in there first Deadbolt...I had the same problem...it also asked me about copying files or not, I just went with it and it worked...
Best mod ever!
I came.
Fixed it. I forgot I needed to run from the DNF.BAT file. Great game!
This plays better and is more enjoyable than a lot of commercial stuff I have bought, {used to be an early adopter, now I wait a bit for the feedback}. This is one of the things I will commit to a cd and tuck away for the duration. Makes up for the ten bucks I paid for Duke Nukem Forgetit. I think I'll use that DVD for a coaster, like Daikatana.
I'm stuck at the EDF Headquarters. I can't tell if I got a bug or if I'm just stupid. I've probably spent 45 minutes walking in circles trying to figure out how to get out of the briefing area/armory. Halp? :x
Use the RPG on one of the shooting range targets.
Thanks. I just beat it now, it was really awesome.
