The 3rd-person stealth RPG, Dreamcape: Pin Point Blank, has integrated the main character Virgil Coltreese into their mod. The result is amazing as Virgil looks just the way we envisioned him.

Did you modify the game engine? The lighting effects on the characters does not look like Half-Life 2; it looks like you either significantly upgraded the lighting portion of the engine, or maybe exaggerated the bump mapping on the characters? Whatever you did, it looks great!
Normal mapping? Just my guess...
But this definately looks awesome! Can't wait for it ;)
As of right now, phong shading has yet to be implemented, and given time constraints (among other issues) we're probably going to be sticking with flat shading for the moment.
But fear not! Dreamscape is an ever-evolving project and there is definitely a little more room for graphical nuances :)
