Having put in purchase orders for a variety of contraband technologies, the Osaka Dream Research Institute has begun to draw the suspicion of the Japanese government. Hoping to avoid an international incident, the government out-sources its' investigation. It turns to the same organization it has in centuries gone by, and with the same reluctance. Within a dojo remembered only to the surrounding mountains and pines, they find Kiyoko, who's training and concentration carry over into her ability to dream lucidly. She intends to investigate the ODRI by becoming a test subject.

I'd also like to mention that DCD has won it's first award! Illustrate! is a program that renders 3D models using a cell-shading technique and is used by companies as diverse and influential as MGM Inc., Production I.G. (Ghost in the Shell SAC), and NASA. Recently I was chosen to have DCD animations that were created using the software featured in the Illustrate! gallery (which hasn't been updated yet :(). In addition, I was awarded a license of the Illustrate! software, which retails for $395. I hope this marks the beginning of many DCD related awards!

Well Carni, sorry to lose you, but keep in mind that there is a new render in the gallery demonstrating an animation sequence and there's new renders in the members section of the dcdthegame.com forums. Also, you might want to reconsider as next week we're going to have a short production video demonstrating one of Kiyoko's supers.
