Excellent combine architecture. I feel like it's missing the atmosphere though, that cold, eerie feeling.
Not sure what you mean by that, unless you want more fog, pretty eerie enough.
It may just be a bit on the bright side. That, or maybe that hue of blue is a little too light. Not sure what it is.
I'll try to make it a little bit more dark blue than light blue and see if it works.
