Doom Reborn is a total conversion of the original Doom Series. Our goal is to recreate the original Doom & Doom 2 in the idTech4 engine with new textures and new models of the original weapons and monsters with the maps redone and retextured. We also want to bring back the orignal doom music along with the sounds remade in a higher quality. Doom Reborn is and always will be a non profit project. I hope that you will enjoy the project as much as we will enjoy making it for you.

I know he should be, Surprised id software didn't make him left headed in Doom 3 (probably since Romero wasn't there anymore by that time :( he is left handed that's probably why doom guy is too :) )

also notice how doom guy takes off his gloves everytime you use your fists in doom 3 :L

But yeah, We still use the doom 3 weapons for now we haven't remade or modified the actual models themselves yet,
But I can't wait till I have some serious time to muck about with them :)

Or if someone else joins the team who knows how to :P

Well to be fair Doom 1/2 guy is the great ancestor of the Doom 3 guy. Look up the Doom artifact stone that shows the original Doom guy defeating the demons in Doom 3. So basically Doom 3 guy isn't the same guy as Doom 1/2, just like RoE is also a different Doom guy.
