DOOM:ONE is a new look on the classic first game DooM. Imagine, a game full of surprises, new secrets, and one continuous, fluid DooM. No loading screens, No waiting betweens levels... No breaks in the action. That is the aim of DOOM:ONE. I am working on a beta release version of the complete game. The 2nd version is available, which explains what I am trying to achieve here better than I ever could!!! I have found its best to play this with the Brutal Doom mod installed, however it is not required. This will be released as a PWAD that will work with GZDooM and Zandronum, due to the scripting involved in tying everything together. Please feel free to leave any comments or suggestions below!

Report RSS 2 Levels done! Work continues!

The baseline for the first two levels is done! Codes are working, music is in place and one hell of a mind mess is complete with the crate maze!

The video below is a little teaser of what I have done, this includes;

Right handed pistol,
Zombie model change,
Lowered level name text,
Removed random quotes.

A quick display of some of the level changes, obviously I am working through more changes, progress is a little slower than I would like but I am working towards the 4 level beta of The Shores of Hell!!!

Again don't forget about my new channel where I am playing through Brutal Doom, and will soon have a new series involving a game close to my heart.... Dungeon Keeper 2!!

Also, how do I open wad or pwad maps in GZDoom?

Drag and drop the wads on gzdoom.exe :)
