how to summon or get enemies in this map?

You can use the console to set sv_cheatst to 1, then start a new game, then use the command summon <name> to make them appear in front of you.

Such as
summon cyberdemon
will spawn them.
I advise you to have notarget turned on first before summoning

There appears to be some issue with AMD RX 580, as all of the 3D things appear to be 2D flat and messed up. Tried it on a another pc which had a Nvidia graphics and everything was looking correct. Any ideas?

That would be an issue to take up with the GZDoom development team. DTB doesn't use any special rendering technology, only what is provided in the engine's default OpenGL renderer.

no wonder you are banned, this mod is ***. boring, nothing to do. nothing interactive, just a showcase with a bunch of stolen sprites. stay away from this at all cost, one of the things that actually make you question how someone made gaming not fun
