The Disposable Heroes mod team, has been working hard to bring back the original feel of Doom ][, so far the 10 maps have been re-created, by hand, and even monster the monster layout's have been preserved (or enhanced) for all 4 skill levels:

As well as bringing back classic features, such as level story intros, end of level stats, the use key, and soon an auto-map and even co-op play.

Been a while, so there probably isn't anyone to hear it, last post i saw here was like 2009.
What can i say, work caught the better of me. The mappers went on to college and stuff. Not even sure what they're upto.
But I didn't like the feeling of leaving this one unfinished.
So hopefully since i got the build working last night, i might be able to clean-up somethings and release it in a week's time.

well 1 problem how do you open doors?
where can I download this?there seems to be something wrong with the doom3files site,it keeps crashing.
