Hello there! We here at Communal Studios are not dead, and have agreed to take in volunteers for working on projects on ours. Speaking of that, we've made a list of possible future projects.
1. A Hearts of Iron 4 mod called "Novae Terrae" (or maybe Pilgrim's Song) which we've already written an index of factions for: Docs.google.com
2. Some sort of Lisa the Painful spin-off that explores more on the topic of factions/gangs and the social implications and such.
3. Continued development on the Kaiserreich mod for Mount and Blade: Warband, and maybe even going back to Disunited States.

You seem to be all over the place. Wouldn't it be better for you to concentrate on your mod projects one-at-a-time?
Decided to finish up Kaiserreich first and then probably do one of those things.
