In memory of Chinese Qingming Festival, I release this cumulative update and, especially, provide the English version of DC mod. Please be aware that this English version is created based on the original game in Chinese, with ONLY stringtabley.xml being translated into English by Google. As Google Translate doesn't understand Chinese history at all, and I haven't revised the document sufficiently, this English version is likely to be full of ridiculous linguistic confusion. If you cannot accept the confusion, please do not download it. The compress contains Readme about how to load the mod.
