Superior item can spawn with 1-2 of these attributes:
50-100 attack rating (weapon)
15-30% enhanced damage (weapon)
15-30% enhanced defense (armor)
5-10 to all res (armor)
5-10% to mana (wands/scepters/staffs)
Enhanced durability is no longer available on superior items!
