Added Micro Remotely Piloted Aircraft (MRPA) warfare also unlocked by the DEW orbital array. Combined with biowarfare, worldwide pandemics can now be unleashed without being traced therefore without any risk of nuclear retaliation. Finally, introducing the extravagant Mars and Moon colonization, and its tools, with both the Heavy Reusable VTVL launcher and the Earth, Moon and Mars orbital gateways. Use Call to Arms only when the military front on Earth seems desperate, as this will invariably increase the colonies' level of autonomy, pushing someday toward their full independence. In this case, interplanetary colonial reinforcements will be made available as invaluable new game-ending counter-nuclear units.

Save games may not be compatible, you may have to start a New Game.

New Game Changers

Added two pivotal units as ground structures.

The first one will boost the Production as indicated in the GDP level.
It is the game-changing Rare Earth Elements mine, that can be upgraded several times.

The second will boost the Research but wrongly indicated as a GDP increase, alas once again due to the faulty vanilla game.

This is the game-changing Exascale Computing Center, upgraded to the Quantum Computing Center.
