- To prevent lag, do not play this with Windows 98 (average PC of 2016 should be enough!)
- Amnesia: The dark descent installation with 1.3 or 1.3.1 machine for pigs patch (Steam users are OK)
- To prevent problems, temporarily uninstall other mods from your Amnesia folder
- A lot of patience and good mood - How big is this?
- Over 1000 hours of time input during 12 months (compared to 500 hours and 6 months by Destiny Rebellion)
- 9 chapters (some of them have more work input than regular custom story)

Hi, um I've tried installing the mod in the amnesia root folder but I can't get it to work. I tried opening the launcher but it keeps giving me an error message about the "missing shortcut" and then after it loads, it says this: "The drive or network connection that the shortcut 'Destiny Revenant_Launcher.ink' refers to is unavailable. Make sure that the disk is properly inserted or the network resource is available, and then try again." I've tried every download I could find but I keep getting the same message for every one.
Hello, did you try the "windows 32 bit launcher" ?
Also note that when you install it to the root folder you just put
the whole "Destiny Revenant" folder UNDER the Amnesia root and you dont overwrite or merge anything like by some other full conversions!
Hey When I enter the Skyscraper minigame it crashes. saying "Runtime" "terminated in an unusual way." Can you help me out?
Hello, sorry for late reply, I have not touched this engine in a long time and also I am not an expert in solving unexpected crashes.
However I think that sort of error may not be caused by the mod, rather it could be your drivers or addons such as Microsoft Visual C++ etc.
Id recommend try googling such error, if it does not help, the Skyscraper is actually not necessary to finish the game so you may as well skip it and not go there.
Every time I press the New game button or select a chapter, game crashes and Black Box appears from which it becomes clear that "Amnesia.exe caused an EXCEPTION_ACCES_VIOLATION in module ntdll.dll at 0023:76F58DCD,RtFreeHeap()+2381byte(s). What do I do?
I do not know. You can try running the launcher as an administrator but I am not sure it would solve anything. If nothing helps try reinstalling it, but that depends if other full conversion mods cause no problems for you.
