Wow, now this is something sweet, congratulations, can't wait to cut my hands with this >:D
It would honestly make more sense if the demon was given some kind of axe or hatchet. I take back what I said before, demons can possess items, but only if they died with them (or they were really important possessions). So lets say the demons are all axe murdering freaks and they died with their murder weapons, then they would get a weapon.
Expanding off of that I think it would be cool if their were classes, and if you did stick with the knife the demon who got it was some kind of cultish freak. Maybe put some scribbles on the blade and give him a cloak.
Sorry about suggesting so much, I don't want to tell you how to run your mod. I just have so many ideas!

I laid off from responding for so long because I didn't want to seem like a bother. Just out of curiosity, are you planing on implementing a class system for the Demon and Human classes? I think that would work really well with this sort of mod, and it would add a lot of diversity to the game mechanics.
demons don't actually exist, so i'm pretty sure the team can do anything they want with it.
this knife is the **** and revives my interest in this mod. i can't wait to shank some unsuspecting meatbags with it.
This looks like something..... religous.. (I mean how the knife is designed with curves)But I guess that makes sense if they're demons.
I really love the desing of the blade, very slick and a fine pice of work!
Though imo, you should have gone for something more shiny when it comes to the blade texture.
Now I kinda get the feeling it is made out of rubber. So maybe a little grapihc effekt may do it or just some more white color, I don´t know.
But also I think you should not change anything YET. It is very well done and this do brings up the mod much :D Keep it up!
