Dellingham's Reshade Preset is a Reshade preset designed for realism and performance. It is a lightweight preset that could probably even run on your grandmother's Windows XP.

The reshade preset. Installation guide: Open .rar file (Download WinRAR if you haven't already done that.) Place folders in C:/Program Files(x64)/Steam/steamapps/common/GarrysMod/bin/bin You're good to go!
